Where we ship

Tempt Me ships to the international destinations listed in the Country / region field at checkout. Available destinations may change when delivery coverage changes.

Shipping rates

Orders of $35.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping to available destinations. Orders below that amount are charged a flat $5.99 shipping rate at checkout. Taxes or import charges, if applicable, may depend on the delivery address.

Delivery timeframes

After PayPal confirms payment, standard delivery is usually 5–7 business days. Peak seasons, remote postal codes, weather and delivery delays can extend delivery past the estimate.

Order processing

Processing begins after payment clears. Each order is packed and handed to a tracked service. A tracking number is shared when it is available. We do not offer an in-store pickup option.

Address accuracy

Confirm your name, street address, city, state or province, postal code, country and telephone number before you pay. We can update an address only before an order ships. Tempt Me is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address that you entered at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and the delivery location first, then contact us with the order number. If a parcel is damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and items and send the photos through the Contact form so we can review a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

We cannot reroute a parcel that has already shipped. We do not hold orders after they leave the fulfillment location. Undeliverable parcels returned to us may be resent after you confirm a corrected address, or refunded minus the original shipping charge if the order did not qualify for free shipping.
